    I disagree 100%.

    The issue is that for RES the threat of nationalisation may be enough to scare off banks.

    In fact I'd say it is virtually certain as these guys havent been able to finance since 2012 and it is 2015 now.

    They gave been going at it since 2008!

    These guys are a joke
