Yeah dtr,I think it was me that speculated about the end of tax year for one or more of the parties.
It is possible ,but may not be the case.
My point is ,the 31st may not have been a mistake as some thought ,as the banks are open .It could be done on Saturday with the cash transferred on Monday or Tues.
All of this is speculation from me.Next week will tell.
