Thus, my proposal is to measure on March 1 2012, to see who 'wins' - the critics who feel they need to warn one and all about the dangers of investing in such a risky entity (a speccy no less!), or the long termers who beleive that drilling Botswana and getting Penumbra up and running will boost the share price well beyond recent levels.

Simple really.
