    The real issue here is the system of baggage handling which allows others to access the bags but still presumes the owner is responsible for the contents.

    The airlines and the airports should be implicated in this unjust and dangerous state of affairs.

    Perhaps Schapelle should take action against Qantas for exposing her to the risk of false imprisonment through inadequate security procedures. In that case the balance of probabilities would be enough to win the case against Qantas, not beyond reasonable doubt.
