The first spike was an announcement, the second was off market transfer, and the third contains an announcement and an off market transfer 2 days after.

Thanks for the encouragement before, I've been a bit frustrated with how I've been trading recently, doing too much random stuff, so I've been trying really knuckle down to the essential elements of my systems/edge and have the discipline and patience to execute on the opportunities that come around, and be more consistent.

I've been trying to stick to more of a routine and I'm realising the value of the commitment to the routine market analysis and review type stuff you do. It helps to clear your mind a bit of all the day to day noise and focus in on the opportunities that might crop up but also helps you realise when something has changed, which is where I think the best opportunities lie.
