Got say that there is nothing much of substance in the QBL replies. Lots of comfort words and yet missing detail. Statements that can go both ways; positive and negative with the passage of time. There are statements that could have been said but were not.
Problem is that if you are biased to positive you will read the replies positively and if you are negatively biased you can read them negatively. My concern is the lack of progress in some key areas given the passage of time. Some goals have been met and some have not.
