yes always best not to overstep the mark. but hey I still want to know if graves has a dictionary. I also want to know if he is going to take a voluntary pay cut and link his salary to company performance and hence goal congruence is encouraged under that scenario. The EGM should be rescheduled until he shows up. ALL IMHO
