If you do this, YOU MUST WRITE YOUR HIN NUMBER
(HOLDER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) ON THE PROXY FORM.

Or you can wait until, you receive the form in the mail.

It is very important that EVERY S/HOLDER VOTES, no
matter if you are a Large or Small S/H.

We the S/Hs must make sure that the INTEGRITY AND THE
INDEPENDENCE OF THE BOARD IS KEPT INTACT.

The letter we received from Kalahari was not completely
Truthful, as in the explanation that MR ROBERT BUCHAN
was to stand down if the proposed merger proceeded,
there was no mention in that letter, that also
Mr Meagher and Mr MacLachan were to retire also.

Kalahari have Selectively Pointed the Finger at
Mr BUCHAN.
If we the S/Hs let Kalahari get their way, will be
controlled by them.
No way We should let this happen, WE ARE A AUSTRALIAN
COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE DICTATED TO BY A MAJOR S/H
FROM OVERSEAS.
