Generally no. There maybe some hot spots but there will be under performers like WA and other Mining areas..
as I said "Australia Wide" You seem to have blind faith that with property you will always win.. there have been many losers in the last 5 years and in the next 5 or so years I think it will be lucky to track inflation.
Just my observation not a Nostradamus call as you try to belittle my opinion because it is different than yours..
