5 years back wad time to buy and thats when most overseas buyers bought low dollar cheaper prices..l know cause every house l looked at was mainly bougjt buy either w.a investors or chinese..anyway l font think houses will halve but they will drop when people realizie the country is going nowhere..a drop in houses means workers can work for less which means aussie factories can compete with overseas and a dropping dollar..3years from now might be the next boom but from what level..if we all knew that we would be champions
