While the news is not new, it has not been widely disseminated.

This sort of information really puts in perspective the last BLG announcement, ie:

“BluGlass Limited (ASX : BLG) today announced that BLK Co., Limited (BLK) has signed a Joint Development Agreement to expedite BluGlass’ technology in the Korean marketplace”

Now compound the information from your post, with the statement at the end of that release, ie:

“BLK has significant financial and in-kind support from the South Korean government to execute this new JDA.”

Isn’t it surprising that the announcement received such a lukewarm response.

The penny will soon drop, or the realization will be forced upon the market via a BLK announcement.
In any case, I don’t think we have much time left, to enjoy the current opportunities to accumulate.
