s&p 200, page-2

Here is a link explaining how a share is included in the asx200,not sure if GBG is safe, however large strategic shareholders are excluded from the calculation. Maybe someone can explain it simpler?
I think it's pointless worrying about it though my reason is linc was in asx200 when it was over $3 and was still there when it dropped to 56c and now it's back to near $2.50.
