The 100 opens up a lot of doors for us, not only with index funds, but funds that have restrictions on where they can source their shares from, such as super funds.

Yep...third Friday in March will be a 15 March rebalance date and notification of changes will be one week before...which is tomorrow. Not sure when tomorrow.
