Like to get a fuller understanding of the term " signed a non disclosure agreement" does that mean that both parties can not mention to any body who they are in partnership with ?

If the above be true - then from the standpoint of Senetas partner - Senetas has disclosed ( as the number of european companies in this technology could most probably be counted on one hand) and any competitor would know that one of their competitors was in limited partnership with an Australian company called Senetas.
The only people who dont know what is going on, is the shareholders of Senetas.

I can not believe that The directors of Senetas would be so stupid as to allow this situation to continue regarding the suspension, over a sale of 10% of the stock ( there is no way known it takes 3 weeks plus to validate from where the money comes from unless the money belongs to some form of illegal laundring organization.)

further, to notify the shareholders with a company ( IKL Managment Co Ltd) with no address or Country of Origin is a big ask of the shareholders to accept without question.
