Aside from the fact that the buying and selling are chronologically switched around, shorters are really no different to us longs. No shorter with any sense is going to bet big against us unless they have inside info.
Our huge upside will give any shorter sleepless nights.
And when the shorts need to be closed because the shorters face margin calls that they can't make, then our SP gets an extra boost.
