    I wouldn't be surprised if institutions or other large investors are holding off to see what happens in Europe and the States tonight. Despite the Good News we're still in a bear market with more Doom & Gloom on the way. A lot of institutions are moving back into cash/bonds until the volatility eases.. Whatever's going down in Europe, I just wish they'd get on with it and move on..
