GFC1 fundamentals were better than current, look for where stocks bottomed out then as a guide, when markets move quickly down people/traders look to "what level did we go down to last time" as a guide.
Some stocks still way above GFC1 bottom, ( including BHP went to $20)
Think it may get a little ugly short term
