JK's legacy is more likley to be investor's paying more attention to large licks of shares being paid to management in the small cap space. Also, as a result of this one can assume small cap management teams will also think twice about how much they award themselves and in what context they achieve them knowing there can be consequences. In the end the integrity of the Aussie market should be improved by this saga as it has been from the BigUn and GetSwift debacles.
