    "How else can you ensure integrity of the market and ensuring those shares are not sold to the public (vast majority still held by insiders)?"
    "How else do you stop/inhibit the potential for proceeds from the sale of those shares dissapearing forever?"


    If it sounds so straightforward to you, why then did ASX say it would be going beyond its powers when LR 17.3.4 says "appropriate for any other reason"?

    That means ASX didn't think the reasons you are posting here were appropriate for the suspension. Do you know more than ASX?

    So we have to see what ASX says in its defence.
