Certain funds that are only allowed to hold ASX200 companies may have to exit the stock.
I'm not certain however how many of these types of funds own AJA.
From an NZ perspective it is great. We have a newish tax system here that if we invest in companies outside the ASX200 we have to pay a "fair dividend tax" of 5% of the value of the investment (recorded at the start of each tax year).
It works in investors favour if, as with AJA, the company pays a truckload more than 5%.... no tax and all legal !!
