I recall great discussion about the positives of being included in the S & P 200 and although it was announced as an inclusion for rebalance see attachment 1, attachment 2 shows that KDR is not included in the Top 200, I have been unable to see any announcement by S&P deleting KDR from the list. Does anyone have answers? hopefully it's a case of an admin mistake and the Index Funds have to buy a swag of shares on market.
