Just using purely your chart, I see the top as an objective for the Bulls to push through. No doubt they would be a substantial short build up with stops resting just above the historical high. Plenty of market crash triggers along the way for 2 years that failed to live up to expectation so I am thinking contrarian and suspect it will break the top and continue.
