Looks like I'll have to shut my account then.

I don't know how valid it is, but as I scientist if I compare the behaviour of the MACD in those to charts I see an eerie similarity (as per the last sentence in my previous post). I also note that the range (absolute highs and lows) in those amplitude swings are higher now than they were before the GFC. Take it or leave. Eshmun
