puts thing into perspective ie: not being able to break through previous high around 1,600, almost the same downtrend.
the cause for this downtrend has been more servere than the Dot.Com bubble.
lets hope we can mirror the 2000 period where the market returned to an uptrend.
this time around go through previous highs.
