I am guessing INL will negotiate with BSM to dispose of the tassie eafd by sprinkling it through the mill with the normal feed. Mike wouldnt do that for free so that will come out of the $5 mill. Upside maybe getting enviro bond back. That will get rid of one of the piles of junk. Its a shame all those big ideas didnt fit better with the timeline to production.
