S1041A Market Manipulation

Does anyone know how easy it is to secure a charge under this act and what evidence is needed. How can I get hold of the broker data?

I am in the process of reporting the directors to ASIC for the latest share offering. I know it probably won't go anywhere but it's important they know that shareholders aren't happy.

The stock price to me appears to have been manipulated for the last six months since the company bought the lithium tenements.

If the mineral resource at Bald Hill is 26 million tonnes at 1% and Torque has an exploration target of 8-14 million tonnes at 1.-1.2% for only 40% of the tenements and they've already found more lithium since the initial target was set, then a market cap of $22 million is just absurd.

Am I reading it right to think that the potential resource could be at least half the size of the known resource at Bald Hill or am I missing something?

Add to that the fact that the gold price is $600 AUD higher than the gold price was mid last year and you would have to think the gold tenements are very valuable as well.

Both TOR's tenements are very close to existing gold and lithium operations, so trucking is an option at both locations.

The directors in my view were not acting in the best interests of shareholders by diluting the shares at such a low price. Given TOR's low market cap they could have easily raised from existing shareholders at at least 20 cents a share and given us options.

Who were the ones getting the shares a such a discount and why did the director's issue at such a low price? It needs investigating as existing shareholders are getting screwed.

If anyone has any information as to how to investigate further, I would appreciate it.
