S2 update, page-2

I went past a few weeks ago.

Anecdotally I am budgeting ~5-6 weeks per level now that its out of the ground. At the time it looked to me like the front half was closer to the start of level 1, the back half was closer to  the end of level 1. So at this stage I am guessing middle to late Q2 2019 Calendar Year. Will be able to calibrate it more as time go's on.

A few things that imo lead to it being a slower build (Vertical) compared to Airtrunk (Horizontal).

• Much tighter site. (have had to hire out nearby office space, Site sheds are stacked over the top of adjacent sites car park.
• Inability to stage base construction.
• Vertical build leads itself to being more sequential in nature, i.e. have to largely finish one level before being able to move onto the next level.
• Stacking all that weight vertically would mean a lot more structural steel I imagine, which slows things down.

The final benefit obviously being more efficient use of more expensive/better located land.
