    Rumoured on the Twitter-sphere that s232 outcome will involve a quota favouring domestic producers (and not tariffs against malevolent imports).

    Apparently there's been a leak via Bloomberg.

    Anyone any thoughts on how a quota regime at 5 pc will affect Vimy?
