As I read this there is no public notice required because WDLAC is a prescribed native title body. Again, as i see it, the notice will go only to WDLAC & RWD (the parties). I can't see where anyone else gets a look in. Appears to me that the time for objection has passed. The presence of WDLAC as a party seems to remove the opportunity for other vexatious interests.
So, the notice on Thursday would appear to be a formality, followed by the Minister's stamp either one month or 3 later, I am not sure about that.
