While they may indeed spin off some assets, they have stated that they wish to use the gold at Polar Bear to fund further exploration. I see a greater chance that they spin out the Scandinavian assets once they are proven up. As a result S2 may then be able to spend money on exploring Norcott.
The Norcott lease to the East of Polar Bear appears to be under explored. From what I understand at the moment, there are several long structural zones extending north/south along this lease that have the potential to host gold. The 61koz "Jeffreys Find" gold deposit is located on the Eastern edge of the Norcott lease and is currently owned by Mincor Resources (MCR).

If anyone has a few pointers to assist me in finding more info out about Norcott and the potential there, I'll happy share anything I find back here on hot copper. Maybe this deserves a new "Norcott" thread.
