I don't regard this size MC as over valued. Three Canadian stocks I hold have market caps as follows:
First Mining Finance $C601 millions, Gold Standard Ventures $C762 millions and Silver Ventures Resources the newest and smallest at $C88. The first is a holding/investment/Royalty type of company. The second is an emerging producer on the Carlin trend. The last is a backdoor listing and is an explorer with silver leases in a "hot" Mexican area.
The second is my favourite and ya gotta love 125.2 metres of 3.95 gpt au and 97 metres of 1.68 gpt au. These hits are from the wholly owned leases on the Carlin trend in Nevada USA.
The company will probably get taken over by a major looking to add new ounces to dwindling resources. Goldcorp is a major holder as is our own Oceana Gold
