Ravi, there is reference in a prior post to Pattersons and guess who did the CR for central and less than successful SPP attempt.

Now in pondering, who formed part of the Pattersons CR, a Chinese or something company. I will be very angry if I was to find out that Pattersons was part of the buying and selling rep for Magellan.

Now should the above be the case, could this situation be constituted as being a conflict of interest or would this be deemed acceptable business practices.

Will or can Pattersons confirm that they had no involvement in assisting Magellan to sell their holdings.
