IMO the lack of suitable consortiums with world class partners bidding for ALDP is hurting Mantle/Exergen due to the Gov having to stall the program & try & attract others to avoid putting all its ALDP eggs in the one basket.

Same goes for S7 tender process IMO.

We need others to come forward with real plans and partners asap to enable the Gov to get on with their hoped Brown Coal Pilbara for Vic.
