with the advice yesterday in the South African update, its clear QTK have a strategy which is unfolding in SA.

They have opened an office, appointed a CEO and signed a letter of intent with a leading SA player and stated the Capetown and Johannesburg networks would be completed shortly.

I believe the current CEO of South Africa whose previous employer was ADT which is a division of Tyco where he was head of "special projects" gives a very strong clue as to who the partner will be in South Africa.

There had been industry noises it was Tyco/ADT for some time but this news yesterday adds more weight to the thought it is Tyco.

If indeed it is Tyco this will be amazing news for Quiktrak as the possibilities of further Tyco/ADT relationships would be possible in other countries.

Tyco secure over 7 MILLION properties worldwide.

Its an unfolding story on top of the China deal.

China still remains the major point of focus at this point in time however i think things are now moving very quickly in South Africa as well.

QTK and Tyco.....now there is a story!!!!
