rwe1964 wow. I have always wondered if the clinical range would ever make it to such a status that they are mandatory for the simple fact of drug addicts etc recycling. That story actually gives the perfect reasons, but we would need governemnt intervention and mandates to make it happen. Maybe one day when they actually work out how much cheaper it would be to implement such a thing as the cost of care would be significantly reduced accross the board in the public healthcare system.

Sanofi are actually doing this with their vaccines in many 3rd world countries to fight off the affects and cost of disease. It all actually makes a lot of sense, we just need politicians to care about public health for once !!
