From memory late last year stock piles had depleted hence prices started going up... I suspect that is still the case and with closure of mines and shut down it should stay like that and prices should still increase... contacts in China indicate that the economy is well on its way to ramping up I.e. travel, factories etc... next few months will be interesting...
