IMO it's the frustration of ova due contracts which is short sighting a few posters .
Okay a quick example ;
so we have exhausted all our debt financing , to support current previously announced contracts , which leaves us penny less , relying heavily on anticipated sales revenue with an upfront or two to see us through the fiscal year.a lot is ridding on the next two conference calls/ quarterly updates. 50/50 and could go either way CR or smooth sailing .
Now imagine if unilife had announced those 4 over due contracts over the last 6 months!!!!! It would have sent us broke, as the upfronts would only cover a portion of the start up capital needed to see them off the ground. If Alan was as impatient as some of the posters here, he would have announced one or two contracts , BUT most importantly he would have been forced to announce a CR at the same time to support those new contracts.
not to confusing, straight forward stuff IMO
