    Peri - EXCELLENT post! The benefit of having incentives tied to net profit (your suggestion) or the metrics I outlined (units sold, margin/profitability, and revenue) is that if the result of the contracts (the terms about which we know very little) turn out well below expectations, management doesn't get to benefit at our expense. It's simply a better alignment of interest. It isn't that I mistrust a guy that drives very expensive, exotic sports cars, I just think it makes sense to make sure our interest are truly aligned. If management wants out interest aligned, it should actually do it...not mislead us about it!
