That's how much electricity is currently being produced by wind turbines in South Australia - zero. Not enough to even fry an egg.
So to keep the lights on South Australia rely on importing electricity generated by brown coal from Victoria through an "interconnector".
If there's a problem with the interconnector, (as there was yesterday) the state goes dark.
But what happens when the green socialists in Victoria have their way and close down their brown coal power stations ?
Where will South Australia get its base load power from when the wind is not blowing (or is blowing to hard)?
Praying to Gaia won't turn the lights on.
And which private sector business relying on power to make anything, is now going to invest and set up shop in South Australia ?
Our stupidity, the ability to damage our wealth creating economy and destroy jobs is breath taking.
The delusional religious belief, that we can run a modern society powered solely by the current generation of wind and solar is dangerously foolish.
