South Africa have announced that their general election will be held on 7th May. On Thursday President Zuma will give the State of The Nation address and parliament will sit thereafter until mid March when it breaks for elections. We can therefore expect the fracking regulations , the Mineral Resources and Petroleum bill and the exploration rights issued within this time frame as Shabangu has said this will all happen in her term.

There therefore should be lot of positive news flow to come in the next 7 weeks, followed by the farm - in announcement.
