Media's big guns try to intervene in Gutnick case

    With the likes Reuters, AAP, Amazon, Yahoo! and John Fairfax, as well as representatives of The Guardian, The New York Times and The Washington Post all applying to intervene in the case ... its certainly going to be an interesting case.

    On an aside, the by product could apply to all manner of issues related to Internet Pulications, eg
    * internet pornography
    * financial WWW sites hosted overseas, but "publishing" advise concerning AUS stocks, for example



    This could open a whole can of worms
