I think its a bit each way - the thing with dope is if you focus on nothing then you will do nothing if you focus on video games you will do video games. It’s actually very good and putting you focus 110% into whatever it sees as the objective. If you’re at university for example and that focus is on an essay - you will kick ass. FWIW i wouldn’t be surprised at all if your friend was delving into other drugs - that sounds like LSD all over. I’ve seen old “friends” do similar over drugs but it’s not dope - and ICE is the worst of the bunch but i’m a bit to old too see much of that.
