The trace and track team can't cope with this strain of virus. So it could get out of control quickly. This strain has an incubation period of 3 days, is up to it's 5th generation but tracking has only got up to the 4th generation. Some infected not showing many symptoms but still pass it on. ....hence the circuit breaker.
