Thanks Nowclear (well named) for explaining to me the Bill has Lib/Labor support.
I am pro- mining and responsible mineral exploration.
I am sick and tired of spurious reasons used by Greens and various anti-mining lobbies - "lock-the-gaters" etc - to restrict or prevent mineral exploration - which of course ultimately affects our resources exports.
