the bpt announcement states the abc sales replaces the existing contract - looka like this is a new contract..
BPT quarterly states "since recommencement of production in early July 2016, ex PEL 106 daily gas and gas liquids production reached maximum capacity of approximately 3,700 boe".

absolutely no volume mentioned as part of deal so seems like BPT are doing a deal so to get a piece of the SA govt's $6m easy coin on offer (i.e. promise the world for 12 months and then head for the hills (desert??) with the loot).. imho.
