Once grid protection trips, as it appears to have in SA, a Cellcube is only useful locally if the inverter is able to 'island' the battery.
But you are right in one respect. Millions of south aussies are currently learning the hard way that backup power can be very useful. From the news reports, that might include Adelaide airport and some Adelaide hospitals that are having trouble with their current backup power arrangements. Cue Cellcube opportunities.
