Mention this issue some posts back and a response was that "Decision with RBSA wont be made due to Eskroms problems." 100% correct if it were the Reserve Bank of Australia but with inflation hammering S.A. and S.a. being the country it is. I personally cant see how the RBSA wouldnt approve mining companies willing to get in there and get the coal. IMO the relationship between RBSA and Eskroms problem centres around the price Eskrom are forced to charge for power and the cost of mining operations to run/shutdown. Correct me if I am wrong but inflation is the RBSA's problem and Eskrom are fueling it. Hence there has to be some thought at the RBSA when taking into account companies like CDS and how by solving CDS's problem of approval, also doubles as a long term solution to there problem namely inflation?? (You scratch my back I scratch yours)Making approval a formality that is not far around the corner!
As I said this is just my opinion which I would be happy for someone to respond to....
