    The mine has been approved - but needs last bit of paperwork. If there were a proportional takeover bid (or other agreement) it could be full steam ahead. (No shareholders approval would now be needed for a proportional take over bid). Just my wishful thinking as we watch hopelessly while the SP seeks new lows ..
