Sorry, but that's rubbish.
Mike Rann is certainly behind the B4M development, but he's not the only hope. (It's not the only thing he's been behind either ;-) )
Uranium is the way forward, especially with all the bullshit about global warming etc, etc. With an ETS being a hot topic at the moment, any good forward thinking government is going to be able to see that Uranium development is the way to go.
