There was an article in the advertiser that the shortlist was down to 5 companies, that article was posted on One of these threads and was also on the CCE website before it was taken down,
The article claimed that two of the five listed were that of tesla and Carnegie, but as you stated that only take it as possible rumours as no company has won the contract as yet
